The playtest note

Dog Escape is reviewed here the way we review everything: opened cold, timed to first play, and filed under brainteasers. What follows is what the playtest actually felt like.

Welcome to Dog Escape, the hide-and-seek puzzle where saving a dog is only the beginning. Guide a lost canine through traps and guards, then bring it home to cuddle, feed, and style!

How to play: Swipe or drag to move. Reach the green exit door without getting caught. Hide in closets or plant disguises, press buttons to disable traps, use portals to teleport, and grab puppy food to smash walls. Avoid guards and lasers to keep your puppy safe!

The Chart ranks the twenty entries readers cheer the most — tap the glass on any entry to add yours. The score lives in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere.
